the staff was friendly. they provided hot water since there was no kettle in the room. i was also offered chocolate upon arrival, a sweet gesture. the room was clean upon arrival.
the reception spoke minimal english. i felt unsafe because there was no net curtain. just thick curtains blocked the view, so i kept those closed constantly.

i found the staff quite nice and accommodating. the location was also convenient. it was close to the nord gard station. there were various food options nearby too.
the pillows were not very comfortable. i also noticed there was not much airflow in the room. leaving the key every time i left the hotel made me uneasy. i felt a bit inconvenienced by this policy.

i found the location very convenient, especially for accessing gare du nord. it was a short walk to the local metro station , made getting around the city easy. all the staff we encountered were friendly (i liked that!), including the front desk, breakfast staff, and cleaners.
i noticed there was no double glazing. street noise easily entered the roomwith police sirens. i had some trouble sleeping well and woke up several times because of outside sounds.

the room was clean, it was also organized. a small balcony provided a place to look outside. the bathroom was modern and functional.
the location is a bit of an issue. it is close to a station, a plus in some ways. there was a lot of activity in the area. sirens went off during the day and night.

the staff were kind and the environment felt safe.
The room was not cleaned during my four-night stay. This was quite disappointing. also, an elderly man at reception was quite rude when i asked for assistance. i was even chased out of the common area when i tried to work on my laptop
