The location was on a quiet street. The staff provided friendly interactions and were helpful. Breakfast was very good in a pretty veranda. It overlooked a garden well maintained and reflected in a large mirror.

i loved the central location, with everything accessible. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the room was clean , and the bathroom looked recently renovated. they stored my luggage securely prior to my departure.
the breakfast menu could use some changes , especially for longer stays. a bit more variety would be welcome , as would the addition of cappuccino to the coffee options.

The location was excellent for exploring the area.
The room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was particularly small, and I noticed two light bulbs were missing from one of the wall lights. The wifi signal was also weak in the room.

a charming experience

this place had characteristics i associate with great european hotels. the staff interacted with me genuinely and were approachable. i secured a queen size bed and the value was good, as well the staff spoke english.
The room was very small, as was the bathroom. we had suitcases and once on the stands, it was hard to get around. an upstand on the shower tray would stop water going all over the bathroom floor. It.

I found a couple of things less than thrilling. The safe in my Classic Double Room did not work. I asked about it, but nothing changed during my three-night stay.. the shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from warm to cold without warning. Such simple things can be really annoying.
