I found the staff super helpful. they gave me a map right away and suggested easy metro routes.. i enjoyed the complimentary water bottles in the room each day. the renovated bathroom was modern. It included all necessary amenities.
The soundproofing in my room was not ideal. Noise from other guests did disturb me.

the location was really convenient, very close to the metro. tea and coffee making facilities were provided, a nice touch. i also appreciated the free left luggage facility, it helped a lot. the desk operated 24 hours, very practical.
the rooms were small, i must admit. fans were provided, but there was no ac. the shared balcony was not ideal, i prefer a private space.

The bathroom fan was noisy. It was hard to ignore. i was also told i needed to return by 3 pm to collect my luggage when leaving it in storage.

The hotel is near a metro station, access is fast to downtown. the neighborhood has a multicultural vibe. It was quiet at night. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They are close to the metro. the apartment was clean.
the carpet in the room looked worn, i noticed a stain. it wasn't ideal, but my stay was brief.

the staff was helpful with directions. They also allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, a very useful service. i really appreciated the early check-in, made my arrival much smoother. the location's proximity to the metro was a major benefit for getting around the city.
i noticed the room walls had some uneven spots and minor dirt marks. some stains were visible on the floor, although the bathroom was clean.

The staff were very helpful. They spoke english well enough that communication was easy.
The area felt unsafe at night. the noise was a real issue. I could hear people in the hallways and doors slamming shut. the room was really old and tired too, it smelled strongly of detergent.

My room was not good. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The room was small and oddly sloped, likely because it was on the top floor. The door did not block noise coming from the corridors and that was annoying at night.
