friendly staff clean room easy access homeless people small bathroom nowhere to hang
The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. A tender touch. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. I was satisfied. Nearby was a tube station. Getting around was EASY.
The area seemed a bit rough, to be honest. I saw some homeless people. The bathroom was small, SO small. I found there was nowhere to hang the shower nozzle. It was Awkward.

The staff was very helpful. Ross at the reception gave a great first impression. i found markets very close to the location. i liked that the hotel arranged a breakfast bag because of my early departure. the location is central, near omonia square.
The shower was quite small and lacked a curtain. This made it a bit difficult to avoid water spilling onto the bathroom floor.

kind staff satisfying breakfast daily housekeeping
the staff were kind and helpful i felt cared for the breakfast was simple yet satisfying providing a gentle start to each day the daily housekeeping kept everything super clean a small act of love , made a big difference. i requested an early check-in and they accommodated it so gracefully it relieved so much stress after the long journey. the housekeeper was always smiling her warmth. the location offered easy access to shops and restaurants.
i noticed the bathroom lacked a shower curtain this made it a bit challenging to keep the floor dry a minor inconvenience but one that could easily be addressed.

the front desk staff provided helpful information about local attractions and restaurants they were always available with genuine smiles and immediate support offering maps and transit advice for any traveller. their attentive care enhanced my exploration and made my travel smooth. the staff were very good.

super clean cleanliness friendly staff basic breakfast
i found the hotel to be clean. the staff was also very friendly and helpful with directions. the breakfast was nice (it had all the basics i needed).
the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. i recommend taking taxis or staying on the main streets after dark.
