I found the staff very helpful . The hotel boasts great facilities. The gym provided a satisfying workout. I liked the available equipment. I will definitely stay here again because the location was useful.

The location was great for the event i attended (loved the proximity!). the staff were friendly and helpful. Rachel at reception was very cute. the room was clean and modern, with a comfy bed, so i slept very well.

The bathroom layout was a little odd. The washbasin was right beside you on entry with no door.

the room was spacious and clean, with a super dark environment when the blinds were closed. the room also offered functional air conditioning. the bed was very comfy.

dinner and drinks were excellent, and breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancake machine (so fun!). the hotel bar had amazing cocktails crafted by mark and liam, offering a nice experience. i especially loved the waffles and ice cream.

the hotel is attached to the p&j conference center. there are walking paths near the roads (i enjoyed the morning walks). the hotel looks relatively new and well kept, something i very much appreciate.

the hotel's location next to the p&j arena is great, as it is easy to park, and the check-in process is quick. the bus stops are right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around convenient. the area is quiet.

the bed was really comfy. it aided a good night's sleep.

check-in felt slow. having to scan a qr code and pay directly for car parking took time (it felt unnecessary). the service at the bar in the evening was also slow. it seemed like the staff could have been more efficient.

The room got VERY hot, I'm not sure if something was wrong with the a/c. The corridor felt the same way, I tried to adjust it, but it made no difference. the temperature made it DIFFICULT to sleep. the breakfast selection also disappointed me, there weren't many options, and it cost extra.
