The staff helped me promptly via phone. It was easy to enter and exit the building using the provided codes. My room was very comfy and tidy. Internet service was reliable, I completed video conferences without issues.
The lighting in the room was somewhat dim.

The hotel is near shops on the street. Tour bus pickup is only one minute away. A grocery store is also located one block away from the premises.

There is no staff on site. Support is available via intercom, which I found efficient. Staff responded quickly to my questions. They answered all my questions readily.

I found the shower to be great. The water pressure was strong. The blackout curtains were effective! I also appreciated the free parking. It saved me money, The location allowed easy walks into the city center.
The code to enter the building didn't always work, so I had to wait sometimes.

The self-check-in process was not smooth. The access code failed multiple times. I was really annoyed because it took ages to get into the building and then again to my room. This happened to other guests too. the room temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained uncomfortably warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat and open the window.

They were friendly and accommodated all my requests. The location is a short walk to the city centre, away from the crowds. The room was spacious and clean.
The room window could not be opened. It was hot and stuffy. A small, noisy fan was provided.

The hotel provides clear instructions for self check-in. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. The lobby area requires a code for entry.

The bathroom has a very appealing design (I liked it a lot). Blackout curtains are installed in the rooms. These block the light, important during long daylight hours. The room includes sufficient space for luggage.

tour bus pick up was just one minute away from the hotel. the location was convenient.
I was disappointed by the self check-in. There was no staff on site. communication was only via intercom, a bit frightening not knowing what to do initially. it was a hassle.
