The staff was really warm and friendly. The hotel has a nicely decorated little bar. My room was more than adequate , a cosy room I booked. I found the location great , near Haymarket train station.

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. I booked a room with a garden view , but I got a plain roof view instead. The wardrobe door needs some attention , it was not in the best condition.

The staff were very nice. I was welcomed warmly. I appreciated the hotel's location. It was near Haymarket station. Leaving my luggage before check-in and after check-out was easy. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The room was small, but it was manageable for a short stay. It was not a huge problem.

The room I received didn't match what I booked. It faced the street instead of the garden. The room was in poor condition. Hangers were broken off the walls. They were attached with tiny screws. A shelf was barely attached. The bathroom towel rack was almost falling off and didn't work. Since there was no heating, I could not dry anything damp. The bathroom fan didn't work either, so moisture lingered.

I loved the proximity to the station and how easily i could walk into the city center. the room was clean. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. breakfast was an excellent start to the day. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

the shower's water pressure was a slight inconvenience, as it took a little longer than usual to complete my morning routine, but it wasn't too bad.
