The staff at the reception desk offered great help. the bar included retro artist decorations. I loved it. the location made it easy to walk to the medina. good supermarket nearby was also very convenient.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited, with the same items offered daily. I hope this will improve.

The signs about not bringing outside food or drinks were annoying, especially the water rule! it was like they just wanted me to buy their overpriced stuff. the bathroom was a mess. The rusty plug in the bath leaked water everywhere. and they wanted me to leave my bike outside. i reluctantly booked a single night here, but if i had booked a longer stay i would have been very frustrated

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was easy to walk to the medina and the train station. The staff were both friendly and helpful. I also received a free late check out and they watched my luggage.
I noticed signs everywhere stating that guests could not bring outside food or water into the hotel. This seemed quite restrictive, especially for those who prefer bottled water. I found this rule inconvenient.

The staff were very helpful and kind. It was clean and the bed WAS comfortable. I liked the free water and welcome biscuits.
Breakfast was very ordinary and not worth THE price. I prefer to eat outside the hotel. The pool area is small so it only needs a few people there and it's crowded.

I appreciated the central location. It was easy to access local attractions. Sarah at reception was helpful, offering useful tips. I found Mustafa at the bar provided excellent service and good value drinks. Taxis were readily available outside the hotel and luggage storage was convenient.
I noticed signs prohibiting bringing outside food or water, though buying water from the hotel was an option.
