convenient location clean room helpful staff
i really appreciated the convenient location near the beach. there were also many shops and restaurants nearby. the room was very clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. i also enjoyed the variety of food available in the dining area.
the wifi was inconsistent and sometimes difficult to connect to. this.

totally fab stay!
separate bedroom comfy lounger spacious area
i was totally stoked with our suite. it had a separate bedroom. plus there was a massive living area with a sweet balcony overlooking the pool. it totally had a sun lounger and chairs. we loved chilling there!

amazing team good room great pool fair price
i had such a great time! the animation team was amazing and always made sure everyone was involved. (i think dora was especially great.) rooms were good too. the pools have just the right temperature. the hotel pool bar was great with good prices for everything.
the restaurant food at the hotel could use more options (i am a picky eater, though). there could be more air conditioning or fans.

Breakfast selection offered amazing catering for all tastes. I have to say, i was positively surprised. the buffet offers local cuisine and some mexican and chinese nights. it is varied, and i recommend the breakfast and dinner options.

the roomy apartment was very lovely, and the beds were comfortable. we were surprised to arrive to a spacious apartment, with two bedrooms, clean. it included a fridge, a kettle, and a cool air blower.

the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. the animation team worked hard to make sure there was entertainment all day and night. the animation team was amazing with my son and he loved dora (who had such great energy!).

easy access nearby shops old furniture no air conditioning
the location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
I found the room quite disappointing. The furniture felt old and worn. there was no air conditioning making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. the noise from other guests was also bothersome. i probably won't return because of the discomfort.

mixed feelings about this stay
dusty room strange odor
the location proved convenient, as it was close to the beach and various restaurants..
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I found the room to be quite dusty upon arrival. the towels had a strange odor, suggesting they weren't thoroughly cleaned.

lovely stay with a sea view!
great location friendly staff sea view
i really enjoyed my stay. the location was great. i found a supermarket directly across the road. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast (the pastries were delicious!). we also had a lovely view of the sea from our room.
i was slightly disappointed with the dated condition of our one bed apartment. it was very basic, though quite clean (a new mirror would have helped though). i think a bit of refurbishment would improve the overall experience.

the breakfast had a great selection and fresh food. the animation team worked hard, and my daughter enjoyed the mini disco.
