i had such a great time! the animation team was amazing and always made sure everyone was involved. (i think dora was especially great.) rooms were good too. the pools have just the right temperature. the hotel pool bar was great with good prices for everything.
the restaurant food at the hotel could use more options (i am a picky eater, though). there could be more air conditioning or fans.

I found the room quite disappointing. The furniture felt old and worn. there was no air conditioning making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. the noise from other guests was also bothersome. i probably won't return because of the discomfort.

i really enjoyed my stay. the location was great. i found a supermarket directly across the road. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast (the pastries were delicious!). we also had a lovely view of the sea from our room.
i was slightly disappointed with the dated condition of our one bed apartment. it was very basic, though quite clean (a new mirror would have helped though). i think a bit of refurbishment would improve the overall experience.
