Excellent Staff and Convenient Location

I appreciate the airport shuttle I booked prior to arrival. Upon reaching the city late at night the manager met us and guided us to the hotel. This saved a lot of trouble after arriving late I am grateful for the staff's excellent English skills, made conversations easy. They answered all my questions thoroughly.

The light in the room was quite dim it made reading difficult at night.

The location is near main tourist spots. The hotel is easily accessible from the main street and public transport to the airport and train station are nearby. Despite its central location, the area is quiet.

The transfer to another location was not good. They said there was rain leakage in the room. I moved to a cheaper room with more people when they moved me to Riad Dia. I asked for the price difference but the host acted like they did not understand. The host came into the room late at night and woke everyone up. There were some strange sounds all night and the toilet wasn't clean.

I enjoyed the good breakfast (it had a lot of options!). the riad's location was great. It was easy to explore from there. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions.
