high ratecurrency exchange
the breakfast wasn't great. the jacuzzi didn't work well either. they charged us an extra 30€ for the currency exchange at a higher rate than the market rate, which wasn't fair. we left an item in the room, and they initially said it wasn't there, but after we insisted, they agreed to return it. i didn't like that at all

friendly staffbirthday cake
i appreciated the friendly staff, they worked very hard. the room was decorated nicely, the staff even decorated the room for my birthday. they also got a cake specially for the occasion, it was thoughtful.
