clean room early check-in great location
The location offered superb access to public transportation. i found the room very clean and quite well decorated. i could check in earlier. It was a bonus.
the stairs leading to the bed felt a lot steeper than in the picture.

the location was central. it was very easy to access public transport, including trams and the metro. the room was clean and had all necessities i needed. the staff were really friendly and helpful with an early check in.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, and hallway noises were sometimes noticeable (especially early in the morning).

the staff were very helpful, especially with my early check-in request, and they provided clear instructions for accessing facilities. the reception area was always tidy, with staff readily available (day and night).

my standard double room included a mini-fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a well kept bathroom. the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, alongside fresh towels each day. the room also featured a small desk.

the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and bars (many within a five-minute walk). the proximity to tram lines and metro stations makes exploring the city very straightforward. tourist attractions are easily accessible.

dirty bathroom corners cracked ceiling
The staff gave helpful information regarding transportation around the city. They also gave recommendations.
I found a concerning lack of cleanliness. Dust covered the headboard and the floor. The bathroom corners was dirty with a moldy look. The ceiling had cracks.
