the location was ideal. the staff provided helpful transport advice. i appreciated quick access to public transport and nearby food options. the desk staff gave good dinner recommendations.

The location offered superb access to public transportation. i found the room very clean and quite well decorated. i could check in earlier. It was a bonus.
the stairs leading to the bed felt a lot steeper than in the picture.

the location was central. it was very easy to access public transport, including trams and the metro. the room was clean and had all necessities i needed. the staff were really friendly and helpful with an early check in.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect, and hallway noises were sometimes noticeable (especially early in the morning).

my standard double room included a mini-fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a well-kept bathroom. the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, alongside fresh towels each day. the room also featured a small desk.

The staff gave helpful information regarding transportation around the city. They also gave recommendations.
I found a concerning lack of cleanliness. Dust covered the headboard and the floor. The bathroom corners was dirty with a moldy look. The ceiling had cracks.
