Mixed Experience at City Center Hotel

street sounds uncomfortable bed

The noise level was a problem. Street sounds were very noticeable early in the morning around 5 AM, it was disruptive. I also found the bed uncomfortable. It lacked proper support and affected my sleep quality.

The location was indeed very convenient, providing easy access to many attractions.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. I was also bothered by the thin walls because I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway clearly. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax at times.

The location was convenient. Many attractions were within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and tidy, meeting my needs well. The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. I appreciated that the breakfast was included (this saved time in the mornings).
