adequate stay with cleanliness issues
unstable wi-fislow sink
the room had several cleanliness issues i noticed hair on the pillows upon arrival a replacement of the pillows did not solve the problem as the new ones also had hair the wi-fi connection was unstable and frequently disconnected the bathroom sink drained slowly it caused water to accumulate after each use

soundproofing was poor. I woke up to cleaning staff talking each other. i found it hard to relax . it affected my overall experience with the hotel.

the room came with a fridge, and that was super useful. air conditioning was a total win too! i am super happy to report there was also a coffee maker in the room. totally convenient location is a bonus!

the location was acceptable it was near public transport
the air conditioning did not work i told reception but they could not fix it this made for a very uncomfortable night

The hotel is conveniently near many monuments. The building itself has a beautiful design. The staff at the reception are helpful and polite (I really appreciated their tips!).

The reception staff offered very sincere recommendations for local cultural sights. They gave suggestions for restaurants and so on. This made it easy to discover the city's attractions (it was a real help).

malfunctioning air conditioningunavailable shuttle
i encountered some problems . the air conditioning did not work properly, it made the room uncomfortably warm. also, the promised airport shuttle never materialized, forcing me to find alternative transportation at the last minute. this lack of service was quite disappointing.
