The staff offered helpful suggestions for local eateries and attractions! I appreciated how clean the room was. Everything was arranged neatly. The shower was fantastic. Communication before arrival was great.

noise problemcleaning request
The noise was really bad. I could hear everything from outside and neighboring apartments. it made sleeping difficult. also, they only cleaned the room if i asked. it was just making the bed and swapping towels, not a proper cleaning. it got pretty annoying needing to ask for a basic room refresh each day.

The staff impressed me. Vanessa communicated wonderfully and gave super recommendations. the location proved fantastic, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the apartment offered a generous size. It was perfect for our needs.

the location is great for exploring the city center. the receptionist vanessa was lovely and helpful. the building is beautiful and near major landmarks. the rooms have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
the room looked nothing like the photos online which was a little disappointing

the hotel is ideally located very close to metro tram and bus stations. this makes it easy to travel around the city. i found the hungarian national museum just opposite the hotel.
