safe parking good value quick contact helpful staff

the hotel has safe parking which i found really reassuring. the breakfast offered very good value for money and it set me up well for the day. my wife forgot her tablet and the cleaner handed it in promptly. the hotel staff contacted us quickly so we could pick it up.

the room had a slightly musty smell which could improve with some airing

clean space comfortable bed safe environment

the cooked breakfast was AMAZING!!! i would definitely return again as it represents good value. i felt safe as a female traveler, a big plus. the bed was comfortable, so i had a good sleep.

the hot water took a little while to start in the bathroom.

My Double Room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Cleaners replenished coffee and milk daily (I found this very helpful). All staff I met were friendly. The location is ideal, especially regarding access to public transport.

The soundproofing wasn't perfect, and I could hear some street noise at times.
