adequate experience

clean room friendly staff good breakfast small room airplane noise faulty door

the room was clean the staff were friendly. the breakfast had a good variety. i liked that the hotel was close to public transportation.

the room felt quite small for a beautiful double room balcony. there was noticeable noise from airplanes. the bathroom door did not close properly. we reported this issue but it remained unaddressed .

constant noise inconvenient location

the noise was a real issue the planes flew directly overhead i could hear them from early morning until late at night it made it difficult to relax also i found the location somewhat inconvenient it was not as close to public transportation as i had hoped , made getting around more challenging

polite staff excellent restaurants smallish room aviation noise

the staff were very polite. they were also very knowledgeable. it is only a short uber ride from the airport. there are some excellent restaurants nearby too.

the room was smallish. the aviation noise from overflying airplanes bothered me. the location is not the best because it is far from the metro.

airplane noise cheap bed

the room appear clean and that was fine.

the airplane noise was constant because the hotel is near the airport, planes flew low over the hotel from early morning till late at night. also, the bed felt cheap so it was not comfortable. the location is not great because it is far from the metro.

friendly staff comfortable bed daily room service

the reception staff was friendly. i found the room service to be prompt each day. the bus stop near campolide was convenient for travel. walking to parques de pombal was easy!

the airplane noise was quite noticeable, since i believe the airport is nearby.
