I appreciated the free coffee and tea available all day (a HUGE plus!). The shared fridge was very useful for storing my drinks and snacks. I found the staff very helpful when I had questions. I slept soundly on VERY comfortable pillows.

The staff was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations in the area, a great help. Check-in was smooth, even with my late arrival. The staff helped me chill there in the afternoon after my check-out.

the walls were thin so noise easily traveled. i was woken up at 6am each day. there were not many bathrooms for the number of rooms.

the location proved acceptable, situated a manageable distance from key attractions.
Sound insulation was poor. I heard neighbor noises clearly through thin walls. the bathroom facilities were also inadequate. Only three bathrooms served ten rooms. this scarcity meant waiting and monitoring other guests, a less than desirable situation.
