The hotel had two pools, kept very clean. breakfast offered a good variety with tasty options daily. free bottled water was provided each day. I found this a nice touch. songthaews stopped right outside.

the room i stayed in felt a little dated. the customer service representative was not very polite.

The superior double room featured super clean conditions. A good breakfast buffet provided many options. The hotel allowed me to store luggage past check-out time, a very useful service.

The room faced a fairly noisy road so i used earplugs.

i stayed in the superior double room south wing. it was very clean with good air conditioning. the location rocks, its close to the bus station, i could go to the airport easy.

The hotel is located conveniently on the main road. Everything i needed was a short walk away. The staff were always ready to help and friendly (especially the receptionists). I liked the complimentary mineral water. the tea supplies were replenished each day.
