the breakfast had many different foods and everything tasted fresh. my room was clean and i received two bottles of water daily.. the cleaning service was also great. the hotel is only a few minutes from the beach.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, close to the beach road. The staff members were helpful and spoke english well. The breakfast included both european and thai food, a decent way to begin the day.
The pub next door played music loudly. I could hear the music until late at night.

checking in was simple, and i was given a clean room. the staff was helpful with directions. breakfast included a variety of food. fresh bottles of water were provided in the room daily, which i appreciated.
the rooftop pool was slightly smaller than i anticipated, but it was still refreshing.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The location is convenient. It is close to the beach. The service was helpful. They assisted with transporting an electric shaver from Bangkok.
There was a deposit requirement in cash. I was asked for 4000 baht. They observed the transaction, yet the money was not counted properly. I received a receipt for 2000 baht only. It could have been avoided if the payment was processed via credit card.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room showed its age with noticeably old furniture and some maintenance issues. Specifically, the window lock was broken. The slow wifi was REALLY frustrating, and i haven't experienced such a bad connection in a decade.
