just ok, some issues with room service
convenient locationstingy service
the location was convenient enough for getting around, i give it that.
The room service really annoyed me. I asked for extra tea bags, but they denied my request. i have stayed at many hotels before, and they never refused extra tea or coffee. this felt very stingy and left a sour taste.

The hotel has a convenient location near many shops and restaurants. It is easy to find places to eat or shop. terminal 21 shopping mall is within walking distance, a great advantage for shopping. the beach is also nearby.

the pool is available . air conditioning in the rooms works very well, it ensures a comfortable temperature. transport to and from bkk airport is available for a set price.

central locationfine view
the location was great! i could easily walk to the beachfront and shopping malls (i actually spent a lot of time at terminal 21). ning at the front desk gave me a high-floor room with a balconywith a fine view, even though as a platinum member at this brand i don't usually expect upgrades.
