the location worked well for my needs. deptford train station offered easy access to london bridge. staff quickly delivered extra pillows i requested via whatsapp, appreciated. the lobby area provided a good space for work.

The room lacked a proper bed frame. The mattresses were directly on the floor, a bit unusual.

I stayed in a cocoon 2 twin. It was small. the bed was comfortable. the shower had good water pressure. It was refreshing after a long day. i found the soundproofing to be very effective.

The lighting was very basic. It wasn't ideal for getting ready.

the location was great for getting around by bus. a bus stop was very close to the hotel. the room was clean and felt quite modern.. the bed was also comfortable.

the room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee. i also found there were no coat hangers. storage was generally limited with no side table or dresser in the room.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. The room was very clean and tidy. it had a calming vibe. I found the self check-in process easy to navigate. He ensured I was happy .

I noticed very little space to hang anything and a lack of storage space. We had clothes all over the floor because of it.
