covent garden gem!
unbeatable location prompt service fresh linens
the location is unbeatable i found it easy to walk to many attractions nearby. the staff offered prompt service they were always ready to help with directions. the room was very clean with fresh linens adding to the comfort.
the limited storage space made organizing my belongings a bit challenging .

the double room featured standard amenities i noticed it included a flat-screen television and a small desk. the bed was comfortable for sleeping i thought the air conditioning unit worked efficiently. the bathroom offered basic toiletries i noticed it had a functional shower.

the front desk operated 24 hours i observed staff were available for assistance at all times. i saw the hotel offered a luggage storage service which was convenient. i noticed the check-in process was quick and efficient allowing me to settle in promptly.

the hotel had a bar area i saw that offered a selection of drinks and light snacks. breakfast service included pastries and coffee i also noticed fruit juices. the dining area was clean and well maintained offering a relaxed atmosphere.

friendly staff attentive staff clean spaces great location
The staff was friendly and super attentive! they always were at the front desk and readily available. the spaces were pristine. It felt very clean and well kept. i liked the location. It was close to many shops and restaurants.
the room was very small and there was no elevator, a slight inconvenience.

the double room included a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. the room also features individual toiletries, a nice touch that many hotels do not offer anymore. i found this to be a benefit!!!

There is a lovely breakfast area off the reception. there is also a luggage storage facility available. It was a huge help when i arrived early. this. the hotel entrance not sketchy at all at night because it is gated.
