The staff members were helpful and polite. My room included a smart TV and usb-c charging ports. Breakfast offered different options each day, ensuring variety and good quality. I found it great value for the money.

The bathroom was small. It was hard to move around in it. The shower lacked a proper enclosure.

My room was nice and neat. It had usb charging points. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I slept well. A nice little balcony with table chairs was available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Elena and Jennifer were particularly amazing, providing wonderful support and information. The reception staff were also helpful. They are wonderful.

the breakfast had some variety , but it started quite late , at 8:00 am. this was a problem since i had an early departure. the location is not ideal , being a bit far from the main attractions. it required some extra travel time each day.

The area around the place looked dirty. The walls appear covered in tags. Access to the place with suitcases isn't good.

the hotel staff communicated very well and responded QUICKLY to emails. they upgraded my room for FREE and moved me to a suite, really nice. the room was great. also, the breakfast was very good. they made everything easy.

the room was not THAT comfortable. bathroom very small. window so close to the bed it was hard to move around.
