the location was really great! it's super close to the train station, just a short walk, and i loved that they let me keep my stuff in the luggage room after i checked out! it was so convenient since my train wasn't until later, i didn't have to drag my heavy bags around.
It felt a bit cramped especially with luggage.

a calm stay close to the heart

I found the location perfect. i could visit germany, holland, and belgium easily. the hotel was a short five-minute walk from the central station, it was very convenient. the receptionist was calm. Such a warm welcome is so rare nowadays! the room had a fridge which helped keep our drinks cool.
the room was a bit small. noise came from the stairs and outside, a bit disturbing! it could really benefit from better sound insulation, this is a crucial point for some guests.

This hotel provided a fantastic base for exploring. The location was central, a quick walk to the train station and main attractions. The staff were cute, and the room was more spacious than I anticipated. I found the fridge in the room especially useful for keeping drinks cool.
I noticed a slight drainage issue in the shower, which caused a minor inconvenience.

lack of air conditioninggerman tv
I had to carry my heavy bags up to the fifth floor. there was no air conditioning. Only an air cooler sat in the room. it didn't help much. the tv was only in german. I couldn't understand anything. i was quite annoyed, the hotel really needs to upgrade its facilities
