The included breakfast was great!!! It was cooked to order. Free parking at the hotel was very convenient. I also found the location very useful. It was a short walk to the town centre.

The morning of my departure a member of staff drove me to the crematorium. My taxi did not arrive, but a staff member provided transport in a white van. I call that service above and beyond what I expected. The location suited my needs well. The room provided ample space. The bathroom was well-appointed.
I noticed some suite numbers missing on certain floors. A friend unlocked another guest's room by accident using their door key. Fortunately, the room was empty at the time.

The room was very clean. (It looked like new!) The receptionist offered a lovely service and were pretty good too meet our needs. Parking was easy. Check-in was straightforward.
The room lacked fancy wallpaper and any chairs. The carpets looked a bit dated and depressing.
