Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was good. It was easy to get to the village stroll.
The kitchen was really small. There was virtually no space to prepare any food, so I could only warm up ready-made meals. What a joke. The electrics seemed dodgy. I saw lots of sparks when I connected appliances. I could smell something weird when I turned the heating on. Who knows what that was.

the room was spacious and clean. the kitchen had everything i needed for basic meal prep. parking was simple and easy, i really appreciated that. the staff were quick and helpful with any questions.
the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, which could be an issue for longer stays or multiple guests.

the staff responded quickly to requests and offered help with directions. staff members were polite and really quick with any questions i had for them about the local area.

The hotel includes a heated pool open to guests. It looked well-kept. there is also a mini gym available, which i didn't use but it looked adequate for a basic workout. laundry facilities are available for guest use.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. It's very central. the hotel is close to the slopes, so carrying equipment is manageable. the village is very nice for exploring on foot.

There are many restaurants and cafes located close to the hotel. You have lots of choices. the surrounding area offers diverse culinary options. i did not use the hotel dining facilities.

the studio suite was clean and spacious. the room also included a useful kitchen area complete with all necessary appliances. overall, the room felt well kept and very adequate for my needs.

the pool and hot tub had perfect temperatures.
the suite showed neglect , the kitchen cabinet doors were loose. essential amenities were non-functional. housekeeping only replaced towels , there was no room cleaning.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything

I really enjoyed the full kitchen in my suite. It definitely exceeded my expectations. the location was also great. I found it very easy to get around. i liked the spaciousness of the loft (and being able to have a separate living area).
i did notice the parking fee was a bit high, costing $32 per night (which felt a little steep).

the queen loft suite was quite big, really beneficial. the main bedroom was upstairs, and there was a tidy kitchenette downstairs. i found the bed locked in place and comfortable.

The pool is in a separate building, easily accessible for a quick dip. there is also an exercise room available. I spotted a few treadmills. the hot tub offered a relaxing way to unwind after a day of activities.

while i didn't dine in, the proximity to nearby restaurants made grabbing a bite simple. the kitchenette in the suite was a great alternative for cooking meals. i found it convenient to prepare some quick eggs in the morning.

the location was perfect with easy access to many things. i found the gondola only two minutes away, very convenient. walking to shops and restaurants was quick and easy (a real plus).

Central Location is Key

I got a very large Studio Suite with Murphy bed. The sofa bed is split and great for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
I noticed strange gushing water sounds at night. It sounded like poor plumbing and was very loud.

The pool base surface is a little rough, I got my toes scratched. The hotel has a swimming pool and a hot tub which gave full relax.

The location is in the center. This makes it very convenient. It is close to the gondola and restaurants. Convenient parking is offered.
