the location is great it is walking distance to everything i needed. the parking garage has a good price for a whole day of parking. i found the staff friendly and helpful
the room smelled clean upon entering i noticed a minor stain inside the mini fridge it probably wasn't cleaned often. a corner of the floor was missed i saw toenail clippings. showering was not fun the shower made a very loud whistling sound

the location is quite central near the village stroll so getting around was straightforward my room featured two queen beds which was great i used the underground parking and found it convenient. the staff seemed friendly and provided clear directions upon arrival
the hot tub was not fully functional so this was a minor disappointment

the location was quite convenient. i could easily walk to the main attractions. the hotel provided taps for still and sparkling water on every floor. the water tasted very good.
I noticed a minor stain inside the mini fridge. It might not be cleaned frequently.

Mediocre stay. Parking a hassle
parking costdated bathroom
The parking situation wasn't ideal. it wasn't clearly stated i would pay $29 extra per night. also, the shower control was appallingly fiddly. It was hard to get the temperature right. the bathroom decor felt very dated too.

i was very close to the central area, a HUGE plus for exploring. the beds felt really comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. the staff seemed always available and happy to help with anything i needed.
the walls could be a tad thicker as i could hear hallway chatter sometimes.

The hotel has close proximity to various restaurants and the town center, so finding a place to eat was easy. Many options are within a short walk. This offers convenience for dining out .

The front desk staff was friendly and very attentive to my requests, always ready to provide assistance or answer any questions i had. They helped with directions and other tips. Very pleasant indeed!

The hotel provides secure storage for skis and snowboards, eliminating the need to bring equipment into the room. This facility offered peace of mind. I was charmed to find this facility!!!
