Great Location and Spacious Rooms

I really liked that the hotel is pet friendly. The staff was great and the rooms were spacious. I appreciated the recently renovated features. We definitely enjoyed the fireplace and balcony, and the beds were very comfortable, so it was relaxing. I am very grateful for two full bathrooms and lots of space.
I found the hot tub temperature a bit low. I wish the hot tub could be a bit hotter because that would've. I still appreciate the hotel. I'd recommend it for a longer stay.

The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a meal. It has all essential cookware and utensils. I appreciated that there was ample counter space for meal preparation. I noticed a modern oven and microwave.

The room had two full bathrooms, great for families. I appreciated that there was a separate living area with comfortable seating. the fireplace added a cozy touch to the room. There was ample storage for luggage.

The front desk staff was very warm and cute. I appreciated how helpful the shuttle driver was in getting around the village. I am thankful for the quick and efficient service at check-in. They gave useful directions.

Excellent Stay Near the Village

The location is great. It is just a short walk to the gondola and the village, convenient! the front desk staff are friendly, and parking is available, a definite plus. i really enjoyed swimming in the warm pool at 9 pm and relaxing in the steamy hot tub. the kitchen was adequately equipped.
The room smelled musty upon arrival, and the furnishings seemed a bit dated. A refresh would be beneficial.

The front desk staff were available and responsive to requests. They quickly provided extra towels when asked. the shuttle service to the village ran on schedule, very reliable. i found the team helpful.

the pool area included a hot tub and a sauna, each well-kept and clean. there was free parking available , a definite bonus. the fitness center was equipped with basic machines.

there is no on-site restaurant, but the fully equipped kitchen allows for preparing meals. grocery stores are within walking distance, easily accessible. this made dining convenient and flexible.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
tripping hazarddirty bathroom
The carpet in the room had come away from the tile in the kitchen. This left a strip of bare subfloor exposed and created a severe tripping hazard. The room was not well cleaned. Dirt caked into the floor and baseboards in the bathroom.

The lighting in the room was insufficient. I found it quite dim. also, the parking situation was inconvenient. Roadworks meant a shuttle was necessary to an off-site parking area. this was not specified when i booked.
