friendly staff scotch selection central location
the staff was friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations. i enjoyed the excellent selection of scotch at the bar. the central location was very convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
the stairs were winding, making it difficult to carry luggage up, and there was an extra charge for a late check out.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. My room was lovely, clean, and well presented. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. It was good that I could open the windows.
I could hear people in other rooms and their movements fairly well.

the staff were great and the location was excellent. i had the best sleep in months. emma and chris in the downstairs bar were very friendly. the beer garden with fish and chips provided a perfect way to spend the evening.
the room was on the top floor, so the ceiling was low in some areas.

The provided breakfast bag each morning was a nice touch. The hotel bar offered a large whisky selection with very well trained staff. The location proved very convenient for exploring the town. Staff were really helpful upon arrival. I will definitely stay again!

low ceiling circular stairs
My room was on the top floor under the eaves. the ceiling was low except in the very center. the bathroom was tiny, it was hard to move around. there were three sets of circular stairs to climb to reach the room. It was a struggle.

the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby establishments. i found the breakfast bag a thoughtful touch for my early ferry. the staff was friendly and cute, especially chris at the bar downstairs.
