The contact made sure we were safely installed. The hotel was lovely and warm, and our rooms were cosy and comfortable. PLENTY of tea, coffee, and milk was provided!!!

i really appreciated the location, it was super close to the town center. the host was also helpful with directions. i liked that the hotel was warm and my room was cozy and comfortable. there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided in the room too
the bed was not that comfortable. the pillows felt old too. i think an upgrade would be good

The check-in was super fast, a real breeze! my room was so clean and tidy. I loved the tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. i was really close to everything i needed, like the train and bus stations, what a location!
the radiator didn't work perfectly in my room. it got quite dusty. the noise at night from the other properties was a bit much, but nothing too major!
