the staff were friendly. i got a 10% discount because i ate at the restaurant (i didn't expect that!). the location was great with a car park nearby.
the room felt a bit tired. i noticed a lot of chintzy items in the bathroom (they seemed like germ collectors). there was no shower gel in the dispenser.

I find some issues with my room. The walls had a dark painting, so the room looked smaller. The bed was not so comfortable, and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. I wish they paid more attention to this.

i found bottled water and yorkshire t-bags in the room, that was a nice touch. the location is great. the staff was friendly at the bar. i had a pleasant check-in experience thanks to the helpful attitude of the staff.
The bathroom was quite small, and the shower could have used a more thorough cleaning. there was no hand soap available.

the room was lovely, and the bathroom offered ample space with a delightfully hot shower. cleanliness was paramount. the location was wonderful, placing us perfectly for local explorations. the staff welcomed dogs warmly. the provided dog goodies.
the blackout blind in the room did not fully block out the light during the night

the manager offered a warm welcome and remembered our drinks order. they offered dog goodies and a water bowl without us needing to ask. the attentiveness created a very special experience. the hotel.
