adequate stay with notable issues

lukewarm food dry omelette

the breakfast service disappointed me greatly. i had to request my breakfast be reheated on three separate occasions as it arrived only lukewarm. one morning, the scrambled egg was dry and resembled a chopped omelette. it seemed the breakfasts were not freshly prepared.

A bit underwhelming

dry omelette outdated decor

The room was clean and tidy on arrival, which I appreciated.

Breakfast was NOT good. The scrambled egg seemed like a dry, chopped omelette, it was not freshly cooked. We waited a LONG time for service. I also found the general decor a bit dated and tired, needing some updating.

friendly staff cute room comfy bed

i stayed here and the staff was very nice. they was cute and friendly to me. the room was cute and had a comfy bed, i liked it a lot.

the breakfast needed to be reheated multiple times as it wasn't hot enough.

broken showerhead defective remote

The breakfast was tasty. It was a standard full english.

The room needed some repairs. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere except down. The tv remote did not work. I tried new batteries with no luck.

An okay stay, but things could be better

moldy shower curtain lumpy bed

The location was acceptable and accessible to nearby attractions.

My room was not in great shape. The shower curtain had mold, I find this unacceptable. The bed also seemed lumpy, I definitely noticed it.
