The shower was slippery and lacked an extractor fan. I also noticed a large crack in one of the windows. it had no curtains (I expect a decent level of privacy).

some issues
unclean roombar noise
the room wasn't clean enough (i saw some stuff still on the floor when i arrived). there were marks in the bathroom i think were removable, so it clearly wasn't cleaned well. when i came in on friday, i could hear everything from the bar downstairs. i got woken up with the noise of people screaming and banging into our room door after the bar had closed.
