my room, a double room, featured tea and coffee making facilities. fresh towels were provided daily. the cooked breakfast included a wide choice of cereals.
a little noise came from nearby rooms. but this didn't bother ME too much.

the room was clean.
i found the bar downstairs unattended. i was not informed about breakfast not being included in the price, which i found misleading. the host did not show me to my room and handed over keys, a gesture i considered impolite.

the room i had was spacious and it was so clean. there was a fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee things, i was buzzing. plenty of storage space was in the room, awesome when i got too much luggage.
this was a little bit annoying after a long day.

the room was nice and clean, exactly what i expect. a hairdryer and fridge were very handy. i really liked all the storage space as well, it allowed me to unpack easily.

staff were on hand to give advise and the host was great. they always made sure i have everything i need. made everything so much easier and more relax.

the hotel is central, which makes exploring super easy. i was very near the winter gardens. it was very convenient and means less walking for me, i'm very happy.
