great locationlovely staffconvenient tram
I found the location really great. It was a short walk to the museums and the concert hall. Central access was very easy. The staff was lovely and always helpful, offering practical assistance and excellent local recommendations. The tram service nearby was very convenient.
The steep stairs were a challenge (typical of older buildings).

I stayed here several nights and found the location convenient. The room was big with nice windows. The kitchen area came in handy I must say. I appreciated the complimentary wine and cookies. Staff were very helpful.

mixed feelings about this place
constant noisesteep stairs
i was looking forward to a quiet stay, but my room was right above a busy bar. the noise was constant until 4 am, especially on weekends. trams passing by were not as big a deal. also, the stairs were very steep, so climbing them with luggage was tough.
