the hotel location is great, a big benefit. the coffee machine was free and easily accessible, i liked this. the staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival, this was convenient.
the room was not so clean, there were some stains on the floor. i felt uncomfortable walking without my shoes. this impacted my experience negatively. they need to pay attention to cleanliness.

the location was great. i was close to many attractions (everything was within walking distance!). the staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations. the coffee machine in the basement was helpful for getting coffee anytime.
the room was not very clean. i noticed spots and hair in the shower. there was only one unspecified soap dispenser in the shower (i wasn't sure if it was for hair). there was only one small towel provided, and it was not sufficient.
