the location was fantastic , near public transit and a supermarket. the staff was friendly and even helped me with my bag up the stairs. my room was quite spacious , allowing me to comfortably arrange my belongings. i found it convenient that i could easily access restaurants and shops nearby.
i occasionally heard noise from the adjacent rooms , which sometimes disrupted my sleep.

the location was excellent! a grocery store was right downstairs, i found easy tram access too. the staff was very helpful and polite! ryan was kind. i especially loved the kitchen by reception, it has free coffee, tea, a microwave, and a fridge available .
The walls were thin. I was awoken multiple times.

The hotel is in a great location near the city center. there is a shop next to the hotel. This is very useful. the rooms are big and clean. the staff is very kind.
the walls were thin. i was awoken multiple times at night because people walked on the floor above or people talked loudly outside my room on the way to their own room. i could hear everything happening next door and outside my room. i booked a double bed and got singles put together.

I found the location excellent. the staff were wonderful and helpful. They kindly assisted with luggage. the wi-fi was excellent after a quick router reboot. it is a short walk to the main tourist areas. the grocery store next door was very convenient for snacks.

Though the hotel did not offer breakfast, they did provide coffee. This was quite thoughtful. a fridge was also available for guest use. the presence of a grocery store right next door adds considerable convenience.

The hotel is situated just outside the busy center. It is peaceful. tram lines are very close. This makes travel simple. a park is also nearby. This is good for recreation. the location is central.

I found the room not properly cleaned. Several power outlets did not work well. The bed was subpar and I heard noise.
