FANTASTIC stay!

clean apartment excellent location fast wifi

The apartment was very clean and equipped with EVERYTHING I needed. Its location was excellent, providing quick access to different parts of the city. The contactless check-in was REALLY smooth. I used a code for the doors, and the WiFi was very fast. I also appreciated having access to building amenities such as a laundry and gym.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

Practical Apartment Stay

clean apartment kitchen equipment easy walk

I found the apartment clean. The kitchen included all necessary equipment for cooking light meals. A railway station was within an easy walk from the building. Tourist spots also were easily accessible.

The online check in process seemed complicated for me. I had trouble making a link on my phone to work. Finding assistance proved hard. The person responding was not very helpful.

The room includes an iron and ironing board, but it blocks limited space in the closet. A microwave, kettle, and empty minibar are present in the room. The fridge had low power and no adjustment options.

excellent transportation convenient location easy walking

i found amazing transportation links. the apartments are centrally located. bahnhofstrasse and all the places i wanted to visit were within easy walking distance. i definitely appreciated this convenient location for my exploration.

the communication from customer service needs improvement. they took a lot of time to respond to me. i found this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience .
