the location was great. public transportation was very close. there were many shopping options and restaurants. the breakfast was good and the room was clean.
the bed was a little soft though it was not really uncomfortable.

the hotel is near the mauritiusplatz area, so it's easy to walk around. also, it is very close to many important places around the city. i felt safe walking even at night.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

My room had a few issues I found disappointing. The carpet seemed old and stained. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation it smelled musty I think it needed an update. Also the noise from a nearby bar at night made it difficult for me to sleep well, I was quite tired.

the location is central (i walked to many attractions). the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. i appreciated the luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. it was a big help, and i didn't have to drag my bags around.
the carpet in the room wasn't in great condition. it looked a little worn, and some stains were visible. it definitely could use replacement (or maybe a deep clean).
