the room size really worked for me it was lovely i had a great sleep in the standard single room. the reception staff were very cute and friendly. the cleanliness was top tier it made my stay much better
the furniture seemed quite old and in need of some attention i noticed scratches and some handles missing. the drain emitted a bad smell when the windows were open. there was no tv i found myself bored at night

the room was comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. It offered good value for the price. the staff proved quite friendly and helpful .
the family room had fully stocked tea and coffee, but the twin room only had a kettle and cups. this meant there was no actual tea, coffee, or milk provided in the twin room. it created an inconvenience for morning refreshments.

old furniturecigarette smoke
The furniture looked rather old and in need of some attention. Handles were missing and the surfaces were scratched. the toilet also presented a recurring issue with continuous running after each flush. the windows were not usable due to a persistent smell of drains and cigarette smoke. these aspects detracted from the experience, unfortunately.

Unexpected Upgrade, GREAT stay!!!

The room was Nice and neat. It REALLY exceeded my expectations. Staff members were helpful and friendly.
The furniture looked old and needed work at the Royal. Handles were missing. The furniture was scratched and dirty inside. The toilet kept running when I used long flush.
