the owners are friendly i felt very welcome my dog received a lot of attention and treats the downstairs sitting area includes darts. breakfast offered many choices and fresh preparation. the room was clean with ample towels provided

the accommodation is near the seafront at caister it is also within walking distance to the seaside town with attractions the area is quiet with minimal noise.

the room includes tea coffee hot chocolate milk and biscuits more supplies are available on the landing fans and a heater are present in case you need them the room was super clean.

fresh breakfastspacious roomfriendly host
the room was spacious it had plenty of towels for each person breakfast was cooked fresh and i had a large choice of cereals fruit and hot beverages caroline was a great host i really appreciated that she was so friendly and cute. the room included tea and coffee making facilities more supplies were available on the landing if i needed them it was very convenient there were several choices of cereals and fresh fruit for breakfast. the location was ideal it was a few minutes walk to the seafront and a short walk to the arcades.
i heard some doors slamming occasionally it was a minor disturbance
