Really good Stay Close to the Sea
prime location helpful staff
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, less than five minutes from the seafront and the Sea Life Centre. I found the Thyme Suite very comfortable, with a nice double room with ensuite and a lounge complete with a sofa. The staff were polite and always helpful.
I noticed a lack of biscuits to accompany the tea and coffee provided in the room, which would have enhanced the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the seafront, close to key amenities (a perfect stroll after dinner!). It is less than five minutes from the Sea Life Centre. This makes exploring the area easy.

The staff members are unfailingly polite and friendly. Breakfast service is accommodating and attentive, contributing to a positive start to the day. Their attention to detail is amazing.

excellent service and convenient location
convenient location comfortable suite
the hotel is located less than five minutes from the sea front. i found the thyme suite very comfortable with a double room ensuite. i also enjoyed the lounge downstairs for relaxation.
it is difficult to identify any negatives regarding my recent experience the hotel met my expectations

I found the staff very friendly. They were always helpful and polite. The room was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient. It is close to the beach front and other amenities.
The lack of daily towel changes was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spotlessly clean. Staff swapped pillows quickly when I asked. The location is close to the beach.
I missed having biscuits to go with the tea and coffee. The area felt a bit run-down. I noticed some noise late at night.

The staff were attentive. they offered quick solutions. my room, a house double, had fresh towels daily. the breakfast included various options. the coffee was quite strong. It started my mornings well.
