excellent service and convenient location
convenient locationcomfortable suite
the hotel is located less than five minutes from the sea front. i found the thyme suite very comfortable with a double room ensuite. i also enjoyed the lounge downstairs for relaxation.
it is difficult to identify any negatives regarding my recent experience the hotel met my expectations

I found the staff very friendly. They were always helpful and polite. The room was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient. It is close to the beach front and other amenities.
The lack of daily towel changes was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spotlessly clean. Staff swapped pillows quickly when I asked. The location is close to the beach.
I missed having biscuits to go with the tea and coffee. The area felt a bit run-down. I noticed some noise late at night.

The staff were attentive. they offered quick solutions. my room, a house double, had fresh towels daily. the breakfast included various options. the coffee was quite strong. It started my mornings well.
