clean room tram stop unhelpful staff rude reply

i had a standard room 1 queen bed the room was clean. the hotel allowed me access to the airport and a nearby tram stop that suited me well.

the shower system was hard to figure out the staff was not helpful. i asked for water bottles but the staff rudely told me tap water was drinkable.

great location walking distance hotel bar lobby microwave

The hotel location worked very well since I wanted to be near Terminal 1. I walked to the terminal in just minutes. I really enjoyed access to various lobby areas with tables. The hotel bar remained open late. I found it very useful there was a microwave in the lobby.

I found the hand soap dispenser broken in my room, inconvenient.

The location is very convenient because it is close to the airport.

Housekeeping entered my room without knocking twice. The last time, they left the door open. This is unacceptable!

the hotel is near terminal 1, so i walked there with ease. the front desk offered baggage storage, a great help. the nearby tram provided convenient access to places within the city.
