This location is a short walk to terminal 1. The train station is also easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful . I found the provided breakfast quite adequate for the price (it had a good selection of pastries).
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

I found the staff very helpful and they spoke fluent english! when a thunderstorm surprised us, they assisted with our luggage because we missed the escalator. they provided directions to tram tickets and allowed food orders to the hotel. I was charmed! the check-in and check-out processes were very quick.
the internet was a little slow. i hope they improve the speed, but overall, i had no major problems .
