the staff was really kind. they answered all our questions quickly. there was a nespresso machine in the superior double or twin room. there was also a fridge.
the rooms are really small. i think this is normal in the country. there was no balcony in our room. the window had a poor view too.

The location is excellent. It is just a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. The metro is close TOO. Rooms are lovely and clean, and the bathroom is spacious. The street is a safe, quiet area.
The room didn't have its own air conditioner. It is controlled from the reception! and can only be turned on by special request.

The room lacked its own air conditioning, it was centrally controlled, I had to request it. The room was also quite small and felt somewhat stuffy.

the location was excellent you could easily walk to many sights and the metro was nearby i found the staff quite friendly and helpful they offered assistance with directions. the bed in my room was very comfortable i had a good night's sleep each night the bathroom included complimentary nuxe shampoo and shower gel which i thought was a nice touch.
the room did not have its own air conditioner i had to request it be turned on through reception it was a very minor issue.

the hotel felt very clean and well kept, which i liked. location helped me access main attractions easily. i got a room upgrade at no cost. the staff was friendly and always available to help with requests.
the room i had was quite small and it didn't have much space for luggage. this made it a little difficult for me to organize my belongings. i was expecting more space in the room i booked.
