great location helpful staff old room rusty fixtures
The location was WONDERFUL. I was close to everything. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
The room needed updating. It felt OLD. The bathroom fixtures showed rust. I think this needs some attention.

I appreciated the location. it was close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. the staff were pleasant and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily. the air conditioning worked very well.
the hallway was dark as you exit the lift. the light switch was not immediately obvious, i walked down in the dark to my room.

the staff seemed pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. they provided assistance when needed. maid visits happened daily, the room remained tidy, which i appreciated, i apreciated.

prime location daily cleaning efficient air conditioning comfortable temperature
the location is superb, directly across from the beach. i appreciated the daily room cleaning service. the air conditioning in my room worked very efficiently. it kept the room at a comfortable temperature (even during the hottest part of the day).
the bathroom felt slightly dated.

i appreciated the excellent service i received from all the staff including those at reception the bar breakfast and our cleaner. the view from the balcony was amazing it overlooked the sea. the room was cleaned very well daily. it was indeed a very nice sea view

Acceptable stay, but some issues need addressing
rusty taps unhygienic shower
The bathroom REALLY needs an update. The taps were rusty and the shower curtain felt unhygienic. The balcony door didn't close properly, a security concern. It's unacceptable that these basic maintenance issues were not addressed.
