convenient location friendly staff faulty tv twin room

the location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the beach. it was also close to many restaurants and shops (i appreciated this a lot). the pool area was clean and well maintained. i found the staff at reception to be friendly.

the tv in my room was not working during my entire stay. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed (this was annoying). also, i requested a double bed, but i was given a twin room instead.

I found the reception staff helpful. They quickly assisted with my room change request. the beds were comfy, promising restful nights. the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Rooms were super clean and beds neatly made daily.

the pool bar closes quite early, limiting options for evening refreshments on site.

the staff were friendly. i asked to move rooms and it was done quickly. beds were comfy. the housekeeping staff works hard to a high standard and they cleans rooms daily. the pool area is lovely too.

the bathroom in my room need updating.

perfect air conditioning secure carpark great location

The rooms air conditioning worked perfectly, a true blessing. A secure carpark stood just across the road, i found this essential for my car. The location is great, it provides simple access to the main part of town.

the walls are rather THIN, you could sometimes hear the neighbors.

the room size was acceptable it provided enough space for my belongings

the bathroom required significant attention the shower fixture was loose and leaked during use this created persistent puddles the noise from the street was intrusive it disturbed sleep due to thin window panes
