the location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the beach. it was also close to many restaurants and shops (i appreciated this a lot). the pool area was clean and well maintained. i found the staff at reception to be friendly.
the tv in my room was not working during my entire stay. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed (this was annoying). also, i requested a double bed, but i was given a twin room instead.

the staff were friendly. i asked to move rooms and it was done quickly. beds were comfy. the housekeeping staff works hard to a high standard and they cleans rooms daily. the pool area is lovely too.

The rooms air conditioning worked perfectly, a true blessing. A secure carpark stood just across the road, i found this essential for my car. The location is great, it provides simple access to the main part of town.
the walls are rather THIN, you could sometimes hear the neighbors.

The staff members were very friendly. I liked the firm beds. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Hotel employees are very helpful and flexible.
My room smelled like it was previously used for smoking. The bathroom seemed a bit shabby. I also found the pool area noisy due to barking dogs and car horns.
