the staff paid close attention to every detail, always helpful. the location is perfect, close to restaurants and within walking distance, very traditional and safe. the hotel is A charming place.
the hotel certainly didn't meet my expectations, despite the high reviews. i asked for milk to have with my tea and coffee, but i was told to buy it from a supermarket. at no point were we asked if we needed any help.

the spacious room had a balcony with sunbeds, a table, and chairs. a kettle with tea and coffee was available, but there was no milk provided. the hotel maintains cleanliness in all areas. the staff helped us with details prior to flying as we had a late arrival.
the hotel didn't meet my expectations. i asked about milk for the tea and coffee in the room. i was told to buy it at the supermarket, unacceptable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with late arrival details before the flight. patricia speaks good english. She checks guests in. her brother raphael was equally friendly. He liked to chat with guests.

The building looked well kept.
I found some issues . There was a misunderstanding about how to enter on the first night, I knocked on the door and then I was ignored for the next four days. I had to purchase milk at the supermarket (which I found completely unacceptable).

the reception wasn't very helpful when we arrived i think they were understaffed there was no information about breakfast times or local amenities provided at check-in i found that pretty poor. the walls seemed thin i could hear other guests talking and moving around this needs fixing. the lack of soundproofing was a major issue, it made it hard to relax and enjoy my room
