clean housespacious living roompin-based locks
the house was clean. i found the shared living room and kitchen spacious. security felt very good with pin-based locks on both the front door and individual room doors (that was reassuring).
the location felt a bit isolated when arriving from the north via tram.

good securityant problemlack of communication
the house was very clean, and i found the pin-based locks on the front door and room doors provided good security.
ants crawling everywhere ruined my stay and i tried to call to confirm everything but got no response. the host shouted at me over the phone, blaming us for bringing in the ants and denied any problem. someone eventually showed up, still denying there were many ants, even while they crawled all over the floor.

The provided shower gel and toothpaste were useful. Free coffee and tea were available at all times. The hotel was in a quiet location and had an accessible road (easy to find). The bus stop was also close by.
The tv only worked through apps. An online connection was necessary for use. I found this a faff. I missed having a face-to-face greeting upon arrival (a smile and a welcome).

The tv was only usable through apps, it needed an online connection. this made it a real faff to operate. also, there was no personal contact with the owners. I just received a message about accessing the room. i prefer a proper welcome. It felt impersonal.
